Foreclosure / REO Products
Most residential foreclosure properties will require an appraisal during the foreclosure process. Many institutions employ special addenda or have unique inspection requirements for foreclosure properties. Palm Appraisal Group is ready to work with your institution to provide the necessary appraisal products to meet your needs.
FHA Compliant Products
Generally, an FHA appraisal is a standard residential appraisal product that meets the specific guidelines for appraisal products set forth by FHA. FHA compliant appraisals may only be completed by FHA approved appraisers and require additional information and time for preparation in order to ensure compliance with FHA requirements. We are FHA approved and can appraise properties subject to FHA financing rules.
Residential Products
Residential products are intended for single family or multiple-dwelling income properties (up to four units). These include such common forms as the FNMA 1004 form, the 1073 Condo form, and the 1025 Small Income appraisal form. Generally, these products will suffice for most lending purposes and for determining a sales price prior to sale.
Residential Appraisal Reviews
Review appraisals ensure a quality product and may provide additional data to a loan underwriter to help them make critical decisions in the lending process. Palm Appraisal Group provides "desk" and field appraisal reviews for typical residential appraisal reports (small income reviews are subject to different pricing; please call for a quote).
